Information you submit
When you request a quote, we ask for your name, email address, optional company, project details, quantities, preferences, delivery location, and optional design attachments. Please do not provide passwords, payment-card numbers, confidential trade secrets, export-controlled information, or sensitive personal data through the public form.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to review inquiries, evaluate whether a request is feasible, prepare estimates, communicate with you, and keep necessary business records. Submitting an inquiry does not create an order.
Third-party form processing
Our quote form submits to FormSubmit.co, a third-party provider that processes submissions and forwards them to our business email. FormSubmit states that text submissions may be retained for 30 days and that uploaded files are not retained in its API archive. See the provider's documentation and privacy terms for details. Messages and attachments may also remain in our Google Workspace email inbox until deleted under our business retention practices.
Website hosting
Our website is hosted through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP addresses and request metadata as part of providing the hosting service. We do not intentionally install advertising or behavioral tracking scripts in this website package.
Sharing and security
We do not sell inquiry information. Information may be processed by our hosting, form-delivery, and email providers. No internet submission method can guarantee absolute security. If your project requires confidentiality, contact us before sending files so that a suitable process can be discussed.
Retention and requests
We retain correspondence as reasonably needed for project follow-up, operational records, and applicable obligations. You may email us to ask about information you submitted or request deletion, subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Children
This website is intended for adult customers and organizations. Please do not submit children's personal information through the form.
Changes
We may update this notice when our services or providers change. The effective date will be updated on this page.
